I am pretty sure the answer is NO. The Intellipeak chargers are made to handle 6 or 7 cells packs (7.2 volts and 8.4 volts). Your battery is 12 volts, so it probably won't work. Though I have no idea what will happen if you try to charge it...

I have charged mine with my Tekin BC112a. I have a 24 volt, 5 Amp power supply I use (hehe a power supply for a Tie phone system :P )
I turn off the pulse doohicky feature, and just set the timer for like an hour at 4 amps. Seems to work just fine ...

The mini pulse Vex is talking about is an Intellipeak (I believe). They don't hae an option of turing off the pulse feature or a timer. Even though you are using a 24 volt power supply, the charger is probably only delivering 7.2 volts (unless the Tekin has adjustable voltage).
