I found on EBAY an MBX chassis.

Will the MBX chassis be swappable with the OFNA ULTRA GT (PRO).

I went to www.ofna.com and the chasis number is different, but I dont know if the difference is minor or does really make it different.

OFNA has tons of buggies out all with very subtle differences. I believe the MBX has piviot ball suspention and an electric start .26, while the ultra GT has crappy cast knuckles and a .25. The Ultra GT is very old BTW. You'd probably be better off with the Ultra Comp if you go that route. For me personly, I'd get the MBX. It's a little stronger because of the pivot ball suspention. I hate those cast knuckles, OFNA should do away with them and offer only CNC ones or pivot ball.

OK, I have an Ultra LX PRO (GT) NOT the MBX.

I am trying to get the chassis off from EBAY for the GT, but cannot find it. The only chassis I find is the MBX. I dont know what are the differences in chassis design. I do know the diffs, brakes, wing, strut towers, sway bar, control arms fit... totally swappable.

I am asking if I can use the MBX chassis on the ULTRA LX PRO. The serial number is not the same, but I dont know where the changes occur. Maybe its just something silly like the front brace or extra holes on the chassis.

So, does anybody know if the chassis will fit?, the MBX in the GT.

For those of you who want to finally get a fresh chassis for your Ultra GT at a great price well I have good news.

The Ultra GT chassis is the same as the MBX, I did the swap and looks fantastic. Will keep you posted wityh pics in the next few days once they are uplodaded to photobucket. Also, the suspension can be swapped making the buggy wider.
