Ok, I am thinking of buying a new car for parking lot bashing and occasional racing . Here are my choices : rc10l3 or rc12l3 (which one ?) , tc3 racer , ofna 0b4 electric, hpi pro3 or yokomo mr4tc pro? I am looking for the fastest , most durable, easy to maintain ,and most fun to drive with .

As a 10L3O ower I can say that it is very fast and it is cheap to maintain. I wouldn't "bash" it too much since it is a pure bread race car. Same goes for the 12L. These cars are very slim on ground clearance also. The 12L might be the fastest of the ones you listed since it is the smallest and litest. I would go with the TC3 racer. It is tough, fast (world record holder) and can easily be made to race. I have no first hand knowledge of the rest of the cars listed. I have heard a lot of good opinions of the HPI cars and the Ofna buggies. Haven't heard anything good or bad about the Yokomo products though. Have you considered the Traxxas 4tec? It is supposed to be a good quality cheap on road car.

go for the tc3 best for what you describe.
remember parts availibility is probably one of the most important factors, check with your LHS.
