How does the "fuzzy logic" charging mode differ from the normal peak charge mode?

I think it helps eliminate false peaks. The Fuzzy Logic "learns" the charging pattern of your battery, when the battery peaks, the charger will check it against the pattern and if it doesn't match, it will keep charging. That's how it was explained to me :) I tried to use it once on my friend's Indi and it took FOREVER! Hope this helps a bit :)

would it get confused if i used a lot of different batteries?? EX-I have 2 2000 bats and 3 1800's... I guess the regular peak mode works pretty good.
