Special/super charger question

I was wondering if there is a charger that can do it all(or most of it)Charge, cycle, discarge, erase memory, and charge transmitter batteries. if so, will someone please tell me where to get it. also, a volt meter and the visual element of the vision plus(i think its the one where the lights go on at the percentage that the battery is charged. thanks

The Duratrax Intellipeak is a good one if you're on a budget. Costs $100 for the top of the line one and has all the visuals you need.

Is there something called a Schuzlt around? I heard something like that but was REALLY GOOD. But it does cost around $1100 I think.
