Which radio do you prefer? Price doesn't matter. Running a Pro2 with a v7.1 and Phaser receiver (eventually).

Well personally, I think that those radios are EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. It is not worth it unless you have like 10 diffferent cars and you race every week with each one!! Try the JR xr3 it looks like it will suit your needs well and and it has plenty of features at a great price...

Not sure on all the features of the XR3, but the M8 is loaded with stuff to play with. I love mine.

Thanx for the input gang.
I don't know whether to get a M8 with servos and receiver or without. I run a v7.1 and want to get the phaser. Should I just use the airtronics receiver ?

The airtronics Rx alone cost about 80 at tower and im not sure about the servos maybe 30 each assuming they are decent. the Tx alone cost 199 but the whole load cost 269, so spend the extra bucks and get a Rx and 2 servos for less than the price of the Rx alone. The Airtronics Rx isnt crappy either so dont worry.

Feel both of them, the M8 I think(stress the think part) has more features, but the Futaba in my opinion, has a much more high quality feel to it, Vs. the M8's "Brick in your hand' feeling.
If price does not matter, check out the JR R-1, best radio out there, absolutely, I know if I had the money, that thing would be mine mine mine!

Once again, the Ko Propo EX-1 Mars gets left out of the picture.
Be sure to check one of these out before you make your final descision... MUCH MORE features than the M8, and cheaper too. :)

if you plan to upgrade your servo, get an m8 with a transmitter and receiver only. you dont have to replace the receiver because the stock one is fine. for your steering servo, try the new digital ones. theyre fast and have high torque.
