TC3 CVDs

I was just helping my brother put together the CVDs on his TC3 Racer, and I noticed they seemed quite stiff. When they move so they are rotating on the hinge pin, the seem fine, but when they try tomove the other way, they are quite stiff. How do I fix this? More grease?

That's maybe because it's new. I think all it needs is to be driven around to break them in, then the couplings will loosen a bit and get smoother. Personally I don't like to put too much grease on parts as it attracts dirt - just a thin film to lube the moving parts. You might want to try using a dry film lube as they're not messy and don't attract dirt.
