Can someone provide an explanation (for newbies) of caster, camper, toe in/out settings and how they affect a car's behaviour? A link with pictures would also be appreciated!

Download the XB8 manual here...widely accepted to be the best tuning info on the market.

Associated has a couple of links on their site explaining a lot of the terms and relationships to suspensions components and shocks. It's in PDF a total of 31 pages very helpful info. Located somewhere under the subject tuning help or something.
