Has anyone used them? I have ruined a few of the plastic shock caps in my day and I was wondering if the aluminum ones where user proof. Do they leak and can you strip the threads? Are they worth it?

I have them on my old RC10T. I totally prefer them over the plastic ones. They are not as easily stripped or cross-threaded. If you're having problems with leaky shocks, make sure you've got the black o-ring at the bottom of the threads on ths shock body.

I just bought a set of the blue anodized ones and One of the caps leaked so I returned it to my hobby shop and he is ordering me a new one. I like the aluminum ones because in the past I have had many problems with the plastic caps
