hi wats a good motor for stock hammer ep and a good esc for it also how many cells, thnx please respond

how long is that thing? i've seen a few and i can't remember. it almost looks like a good match for a 600 motor. the strength of the plastic hull may leave a little to be desired though.

iirc 24" while a speed 600 would drop in...the ESC wouldn't like it. its rated for 27t motors & the sp600's are 19t

Not sure what kind of response I'll get for this, but anyway...
I took one of those hammer ep esc's and attached a cpu heatsink(cut in half, the older socket 7 style) to each side. From the factory, it's covered with black heat shrink so I cut it off and attacked the heatsink halves to the esc (using heatsink compound too) and wire tied them in place. I then attached 2 - 20 turn stinger motors(parallel) and it runs just fine and is only warm to the touch after 10-15 minutes of run time. In case you're wondering, this setup was installed in a kyosho 36" boat with 1.5:1 gearing.
