i saw this thing in my newest speedmart and it can handle any kind of motor. well i was wondering, is this good ESC for racing?? i dont want to go and spend like 150 on an ESC. i think thats nutz and this dually is only like 80-90 bucks. so is it good for racing???

The Dually is by all means a good ESC for racing use... the only "drawback" compared to the more expensive ones is that it's physically a bit larger...

Size is a big factor with the Dually. Depends on your car. It barely fits in my Pro2. I'm having braking difficulty right now but I think it's my car and not the ESC.

I have a Dually in my Rustler, and I like it. But now, it is messed up. Some times, it takes a little while for it to go anywhere. When I hit the throttle hard, it doesn't move for 5 seconds at the most. Then it takes off.

The Current limiter is a nice feature too.

Size is a pain in the butt though. I had to cut out part of the kick up on my Rustler chassis so it would fit.

Andrew,
Unless he sold it, chizzler has a brand new Cyclone for $100 He wants the new TC2, so if you can get that, get that.

The Dually is great, I race, (although I am no where near a professional, I do have a life)and it works flawlessly. I love it.

The Dually is a GREAT ESC!! Simple to use. One draw back is size and weight.
