How hot should be p2k pro be? I am running 24 70 gearing in a tc3. I was running a 26 tooth pinion but i thought that it was too hot. I have a temp gauge but the batts are dead. (mip temp 2) so can u give a touch gauge, like how long u can put your finger on it without getting burned.

you shouldnt be able to burn yourself at all, it might get a little warm or a little on the hot side but that it.

I think its if you can hold your finger to the motor for 10 sec or more with out experincing a burning sensation then its fine. But im not to sure on that. My P2K Pro runs kinda warm too, as soon as I can Im getting a heat sink/sinq/sinc what ever it is :p

Wow, when my friend bought his TC3, alot of the guys told him that 4WD cars tend to make the motor hot no matter how you gear them because everything is squished together.
