Hi there, could anybody tell me if this cars worth anything? I have a 1984 porsche 924 from RADIO SHACK TANDY CORPORATION. The car itself takes 4 C sized batteries and a 9v battery. The catalogue number is 60-3097 with bosch, martini, dunlop, livery with the number 4 on it.
Many thanks hopefully Tim............

Right now the car wouldn't be worth any value, but in 20-30 years the value might go the other way provided it still works, could become a collector item.

I have one of those, bought it in 84 to screw around in the house with... I went and put tape on the back wheels (in 84) and used to drift around the kitchen floor.... I don't know what kind of condition it's in, I think I tried to put hobby grade electronics in it at one point, but I know it's still in my parents attic....

Hello, does anyone still have one of these they would like to sell? I was given one by my late father as a young child, he passed away nearly 25 years ago and I would like to find another, for sentimental reasons. Please let me know if there are any out there. Also, is it possible that Radioshack ever sold a similar Porsche 935 version? I was too young to remember which one I had. I am most likely getting the 924/944 confused w/ the 1/24 scale bburago die cast model he left me.
Thank you,
Mike
