hi guys i'm having a tuff time deciding between getting a 1/8 or 1/12 scale hydro boat. There is a current bid on ebay for an incredible Miss Budweiser, click on the link below to view.

1/8 (http://cgi.ebay.com/Miss-Budweiser-RTR-1-8-Scale-Unlimited-Hydro-Limited-Ed_W0QQitemZ190014774539QQihZ009QQcategoryZ34062QQ rdZ1QQcmdZViewItem)

Then there is the 1/12 one:
1/12 Miss Budweiser (http://cgi.ebay.com/MISS-BUDWEISER-1-12-SCALE-NITRO-BOAT-NEW-IN-THE-BOX_W0QQitemZ200012397863QQihZ010QQcategoryZ19166Q QrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem)

I can't seem to decide between the two, any suggestions? and what things should I consider?

Thanks for your help guys!

The 1/8th is gas and will require alot less tuning than the 1/12th nitro boat. The 1/12th has a Dynamite .15, which is a good little motor, but will pale in comparison to that Zenoah powered boat. It all comes down to your budget and how big of an area you have available to run a boat.

Maybe $30.00 worth of mods and getting over $300.00 more for them? I'd pass.
On the nitro version, spend a few extra dollars and get yourself a new Aquacraft Miss Vegas. A much better boat, 6 MPH faster out of the box.

Thanks guys for your feedback, saved me from impulse buying and hype!

whew! I guess function over form is definately more important!
