What truck should I buy?

I'm looking to buy a new truck. I used to have a Tamiya King Cab a while back. I want to get back into rc trucks. I was looking at the e-maxx or maybe a smaller 2WD truck, but something about the 4WD trucks sounds fun.

I do have one issue though, I don't like the idea of buying the e-maxx and not being able to build it or really pick my components. Is there a way to buy it unassembled without a radio and stuff. Or am I stuck with just upgrading it in the future?

How fast can an e-maxx go?

Any recommendations?

The E-maxx is only available rtr and can go about 24mph in stock form, I have a stampede and its a really good truck for bashing around
