need help with a mini-t

my mini-t is somehow messed up

i put a new spur and pinion in it about a week ago and it ran fine but nowit wont pull out the gears move when i turn both wheels at the same time and the wheels will move when i give it throttle but the back whhels have to be off the ground for them to move when i set it on the ground the motor is revving but the wheels or gears wont move at all i have tightened the nut up as tight as i can get it and it still does the same thing

any ideas on what it might be

it sounds like your diff in the gear box went.. they come loose very easy always need to tighten them..

do you have a ball diff? If so tighten it a bit- (the screw is inside the drive cup) thats only if you have a ball differental
