But seriously, you have a few options for discharging stick packs. You could buy a charger that includes a discharge function, build a lightbulb discharger, or buy a ready-made discharger that works with stick packs. Make sure that the discharger you use has a discharge rate of at least 10 amps (preferably 20 or even 30). There are a few dischargers out there (like Team Orion's stick pack discharge) that use a low amp rate, which can hurt the performance rather than help.
