Hi, I have an original rc10 b2 buggy with the gold chassis(yes its a dinosaur but still kicks some A**!) Anyone know of a really good motor for it cuz my old one finally is shot...A motor under $40 and that is faster than most motors and has a decent amount of torque is what im lookin for...I heard the P2K is pretty good? Any other suggestions?

P2k's are excellent stock motors. They run cool, have the highest torque, & are very easy on the comutator (durable). They have been out for over a year & still are the motor of choice for stock offroad racing. It is not unusual for the top drivers to go as fast in stock class off road as they do in modified. Don't bother with the dyno tuned version for your application. I think the regular version comes with a little bit harder brush which will run cooler, last longer, & give longer run times. If you want somthing way faster go for a "Speed Gem", however you must check your speed control motor ratings to see if it will handle the amp draw. These will not last near as long, will give short run times & will need more general care to maintain though. P2k!
