Techincal Difficulties - Please Help

Hi, i keep recieving emails for every reply to a thread that i have posted at.. how do i disable this? because i keep getting like 30 emails a day

when you log in, at the top of the page, you will see a "task bar", containing,

User CP FAQ Members List Calender, ect. Click on User CP.
to the left, under your control panel, click on "Edit options" under Settings and Options.

Scroll down to Messaging and Notifications. Look for "Default Thread Subscription Mode". now, in the drop down box, simply check "no E-mail notifications", scroll to the bottom of the page, and click " save changes"...

you will be all set then

Yeah i did that, then i kept getting the emails, so thats why posted the thread

That will only disable subscriptions to future threads.

Try the "list subscriptions" link on the left in the CP, then unsubscribe to current threads.
