motor for rc10t

Can someone advise me as to what they think would be the best motor to purchase for an RC10T Team Truck...maybe in the $100 range? I know its an old truck, but its in great shape. Also, what other requirements would come along with a particular motor (ie. right now I have a Novak 410-M5 4-10 cells, speed control)...what can this handle? I have been looking on Towerhobbies.com, but have been having trouble dertermining what will be compatible with my truck/speed control... Thanks

do you still have the manual for the esc?

Here ya go this has the directions for your spd control on it. it says this spd control is for any stock or modified motor up to 10 cells no I wouldnt put anyting under 12 turns since its older and you dont want it to go poof!!!http://www.teamnovak.com/download/instructions/pdfs/410_M5_Instr.pdf
