What is the best new cheap charger someone told me that the Dynamite vision Charger is fast and easy. What is the best radio equipment for a beginner.

The Vision Peak is nice, but if you aren't charging batteries with more than 2000mAh, the Promax BlackWidow workes just as well. I don't know the limit of mAh for the VP.
