hello , I'am tired of waiting for trinity to release the cobalt 2 its been six months since i ordered it and they just postponed it again.thats it!i'am looking in the 7 to 10 turn range with max performance maintenence is not a problem (i like it)got all my own stuff, any suggestions for oval racing with an over geared running hot ratio

If your plan is to go oval racing, not many guys run the modified class even for big events the turnout may only be 2 heats locally, regionals may only see 3-6 heats. Most tend to race stock or one of the 19turn classes (spec or Pro).
The local racers will be the best source for alot of information you need in terms of motors, rollout, tire compounds and chassis setup. Chassis, tires are usually the same while modified tire compounds are softer and vary a little from flat to banked surfaces.
