Title says it all. I want to know if the 3.3 is any good. I have a picco .21 coming for my 2nd revo and I have an Os .18TM in my 1st revo. Which engine is the best. Please rank them in order. Thanks for the help guys!

it has been said that the 3.3 (.20 engine ) makes more power then the OS .18tm I find it hard to believe since the .18Tm makes almost 2HP not the 1.6hp they claim.

I would say 3.3
.18TM/Picco .21 (.21 being a tiny bit faster)

If you go by the paper its probaly

.18TM
3.3
Picco .21

also remember, are you willing to sacrifice a bit of power for OS's amazing durability and realibility? the 3.3 has some known issues as well as the 2.5R carb and the .21 is has Ofna roots so I wouldn't trust them (not saying not to, I wouldn't)

OS is durable and realiable, it holds a tune great and runs great 99.9% of the time its easy to tune and work with

Well, I have 2 revo's. I have an Os .18Tm in one and I have a revo coming in the mail with a Picco .21, and wanted to see how it would do compared to the others. Thanks for the reply. Anyone else have any opinions.

Or if you were interested, go for starter box setup and grab the .18 tz. That motor is simply ridiculous in anything you strap it into, MT's included. It is also a piece of cake to tune, and IMO is well worth the extra what 30$? versus the other 3.

revo starter box will run the .18tz into the $300's tho

i have a buddy that had a .18tm bad from the get go but os is gonna take a look at it to see if it is somthing they will cover.

i also race with a sponserd os driver and he has a 18 tm in his revo. hes just plain fast no matter wht he drives but down the back stretch the 3.3 can hang with a 18tm. os does have a great reputation for durability.on the other hand,i run a 3.3 and love it. nice power.

ofna engines...i had a hyper 8 port and it was ok.cant say nothing special about them.
