My LHS has these dischargers in stock and I was thinking about buying one
cool discharger (http://www.integy.com/cgi-bin/webc.cgi/st_prod.html?p_prodid=E2005&sid=1d7LuL-K)
It seems nice and small,... what do you all think of it? BTW - my packs are Dynamite 2400's and I plan on making my own matched packs for racing
thanks

BTW - should I get the 20A or 30A model?

I'd go for the 20amp model. 30amps is a **** -of-alot of power I dont think the little cells need that. I just bought an Orion Digital discharger yesterday, it does 20-25-30amps selectable. I'm only using 20 for now.

its an awsome discharger. It stops discharging when the pack is done so that the cells are not damaged, has a fan and is great for caring for cells

What is the price of the orion? Does the Orion cut off when the pack is done? Which Orion model did you purchase.

I bought my Orion for $220AUS. (its the Digital Discharger 20-25-30amp model) I've seen them for about $70US I think. I've only got to use it twice with half charged packs (that I charged just to see what it did) and both times I had a Voltmeter on it. It went down to about 5.5-5.6v each time so its fairly accurate. That was at 20amps to, I havent tried 25 or 30amps yet.
