Hey guys,
Working on my monster cat I got and need some input. It's my experience that different water conditions call for different levels of trim. As well as do speeds. I want to put trim tabs on the cat and hook them up to my 3rd channel on the radio. Maybe with some sail winch servo's or something? Anybody know of any that are on the large size and adjustable from the radio?

Thanks,

How about adjustable drives instead if you are going for a twin or using a gearbox..

Otherwise Danny at Sonic racing (Australia) does some rc tabs.

Check the Giesse videos. On one of them it shows how adjustable drives work. Pretty cool  I have no experience on cats but no trim tabs on that one.

Hi guys,
Well I actually got the cat from a guy in Switzerland who also has made some killer carbon fiber drives. I plan on getting a set of those and he said the machine work and time it would take to make them adjustable wouldn't be worth it. He and Curt both don't run any trim tabs that I can see.....so I may not even need them.

It's just always nice to have some adjustability for different conditions.

Thanks for the input though, I appreciate all the ideas.

See http://www.prestwich.ndirect.co.uk/fsrv/trimtabstacho.htm (http://)
These are the ones that are used on the FSRV boats.
