I mean is it really hard to check the spelling on stuff? Plus no feedback and not being able to spell the parts that you own doesnt work for me. If im reading an auction and there are alot of mis-spellings and what not i usually walk away. Its not hard to type it in word and then do a spell check.
Maybe im just picky :D O and i wasnt looking to buy this, just browsing ebay and came upon this.

based on the seller's name and their "broken english" I would say their native tongue is not english.
My best guess, is that they are hispanic.
Based on that info I would not pass judgment that quickly with regards to passing up the sale or not.
As far as feedback goes, everyone had to start somewhere...

This guys doesn't have any feedback and not one transaction, and he's first listing is over $500. Personally, this would be a red flag and I would not even consider conducting a transaction with this person, like ^^^^^ said, "Everyone has to start somewhere.", but you have to remember that if it sounds to good to be true, than it probably isn't.

Couldn't have said it better myself, he might be legit & just starting out, but I wouldn't trust that, I do not buy from people who have NO feedback, period, & so far, I've never been disappointed(knock on wood).....

I've had really good luck buying items like that. I guess because alot of people shy away from bad ads. But I got a Nitro Rustler RTR with the pro .15 a ton of parts and tools and a NIB TRX 2.5 for $200 because the ad was crappy. I sold the Rusty for $200 by itself and sold the rest of the stuff for another $250. It's not always bad to go with the stuff others won't touch. Sometimes you luck out.

At some point in time every ebay seller had zero feedback.

There are MANY such auctions, and I agree, English is probably a second language. Not everyone is is good at HTML layout, or expressing themselves - pick any random thread from this board.
The format and poor expression is of no consequence. The reasons why I would not touch this auction are straightforward:
Starting bid: US $450.00
Buy It Now price: US $550.00
You can't be serious.
Secondly this leads to a suspicious thought or two. If you look at the pic gallery, this stuff has been run hard, run long, but has been maintained well by a hand that knows what it's doing. So,
#5 OFFNA STARTER BOX, I DONT KNOW IF YOU CAN USE IT FOR THE BUGGIES BUT THE BOX IS IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION
In combination with this and the other statements, this person hasn't a clue about the equipment he's got, but has the huevos to ask half a K for it. How does someone come by SO MUCH STUFF without a clue about it?
Something is rotten in the state of eBay here.

He admits it is not his stuff, however, I agree that his starting bid is way too high. He would have better luck starting at a much lower price. The real owner probaly wants at least $450 for it, though.

Sorry, I can't read broken English, I thought his friend gave it to him to sell. And to answer the original question: No.

im not saying he should have perfect english. He should atleast know/find out how to spell the parts he owns. A quick search on google would get him results and make the auction a bit more professional. Well its the fact that he has 3 buggys, doesnt seem to know much about them, and has a high buy it now. Not that the buggies are not worth that but as his first auction its not the best setup.

ok, my .10 worth,........
looks to me he bought all of it from a buddy wanting out of the hobby..notice the matching paint jobs? he got r/c fever, knowing very little about what was involved, and lost interest.
i had my buddy list my old cell phone and car for me , because no one would touch them with zero feedback on my end, so yeah, ya gotta start somewhere.
also, he includes shipping cost, nice touch, i have seen alot of things on fleabay sell cheap, only to have some astronomical shipping cost. i agree, initial bid too high, but maybe not knowing the ebay world all that well, he put the minimum he would take???? 36 pics too, so i dont think he is hiding too much

not unless you don't have probable cause, but if you say you ddint get your stuff they will research it and you will most likely get your money back
