I have a Factory Team T3 with some extra money lying around $70. What could I further upgrade my truck with and what would be the best modified motor to run. I'm looking for somthing in the 16-12 turn range. I have a fairly technical track with lots of jumps.

- 45'x 90'- 8ft wide lanes
- a set of doubles
- a set of quads
- a ******* jump in a corner
- a step corner

10ft long, 4.5ft high Table top= massive air!

Sounds like a great track, my track is similar but I have
-3 sets table tops
- 5 singles
- 1 set of quads
- 2 bank corners (turns)
- 2 rollers
- 1 triple jump-
- One straight away lane with a huge single right before turn.
Track width-
49'/124'- Lanes- 9ft wide (track fit for 12 people to race on)

to answer your question- a sonic2 would be awesome for mod class- if yuo wanted stock P2K pro is teh best. Sonic2 would be my suggestion. a Factory team t3 has almost all hop-ups availble, I'll I can think if is a XL (extra large) Chassis PLate that Tower hobbies carries. btu I hate tower hobbies.

i say reedy or fantom for modified motors. they kick major... well, u know what i mean! but anyways, i'm getting a team T3 soon and thats all i really need. there is 2 dirt ovals near where i live. but i made my own track in my backyard.

If your track has lots of tight turns, you probably need a lot of torque foor accelaration. If this is the case, try a D4. somewhere aroun a 13 single should do fine. If it has sweeper turns and all, then try a reedy sonic 2. They generally rev up to higher rpms for more max speed(I havent tried Fantoms just yet...). Hope this helps!
