If you have seen some of my latest post you know that I'm thinking about getting an electric TC to race stock class with. Now that I'm looking through all the different brands I have decided that a two speed being available is a key selling point. Can you guys help me with brands and models that has a two speed available like; HPI, Koshyo, AE, Tamiya, and Losi.

I'm afraid that electric TC's simply given a 2-speed option. The only one I can recall that ever did was HPI's original RS4, & I don't think they sell the 2-speed for it anymore(though it might be possible to find a used one somewhere). With the motors we have available, we just don't need the extra weight, rotating mass, & complexity of a 2-speed..... http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/smile.gif

Maybe I should of been a little clearer. I didn't mean a factory option with a kit, I really meant an after market hop up.

That's my point, I don't believe ANYONE offers one for electrics, factory, aftermarket, or otherwise. The idea just didn't catch on....

Even if you could find a 2 speed transmission for a Electric TC they are illegal for racing.

I just put one on my rs4 rally I use for onroad only its sweet it is illegal to race you also take good care of it any offroad, rock, gravel etc. also reversing will mess it up. The rally car has a inner body so its not as easy for mess to get into the gears
