DO I HAVE TO USE A 4 CELL??

hey guys imma go with the water break in method i was wondering do i HAVE to use a 4 cell batt. cuz i dont have one and i dont want to rip apart my only batt. thanks http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/tongue.gif
also when do i un plug the batt. when the motor is still in the water or when i take it out? thanks again

as far as i can see u need a four cell pack...but check out the magazine article, "supercharge that stocker" i believe the name was... also there ar a couple other posts on it...

I've used 6 cell packs. I just temporarily solder a battery connector to the motor. Use a pack thats been run out but not totally discharged. I'm sure someone will disagree with me. I'm not an expert, but its worked for me. http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/smile.gif
