If it has the updated software it is. I think it's v2.5 (but not totally sure on that one). INside the box it'll have an expanded instruction manual with the different programs it can run. I have 2 16x2 Pro and love them. Charge my NiMH with them too. The program isn't the best, it trickles too much for me, but it gets the job done. Experiment with how long you charge for, and how it peaks out. Hope this helps!
