prop nuts

I have a question.
With the prop upgrade, should I use both the nut that came with the prop AND the bullet nut with washer or just the bullet nut and washer? I have some blue loctite for the nuts. Both?

And, are self threading screws a hobby store item?

I like to use both nuts so you can tighten one against the other, which prevents the unfortunate situation of having your nice shiny bullet prop nut AND your prop find the bottom of the pond.

I like to use a single, smaller nut with a single drop of blue locktite on the threads.
I prefer lighter weight.
