where can i get replacement hummer or even Chevy S-10 baja truck tires. i found the hummer rims but no tires

from what I know the hummer shoudl use 2.2 tires. Find some 2.2 size tires such as Dirt Hawgs or Speed Hawgs.

no, the hummer's wheels are 1.9 inch sedan rims. Will front tires from a buggy work or are the too wide?
