I was wondering if there are any other 1/24 scale cars out there besides the MiniZ? Are the parts compatible? I think it would be awsome if a race class started with these little cars.

I think BoLink makes a mini car of some sorts, not sure the scale though

BRP makes a 1/18 scale car which looks cool. I just got a Mini z and it's a blast. Good speed, long run times and you can run it in your house. I hear that HPI might be comeing out with one soon. Steve P said a while back that RCCA was working on an article for this spring on these small scale cars.

hpi is coming out with a 4wd mini 1/18 (micro actually)
if you want good cheap 1/32 scale action check out tyco canned heats, they are $20 and you can mod em yourself, however they dont have portonal steering or throttle.

kawada makes a 1/24, abc makes ones, and you can still find tamtechs up for auction on ebay.

but the brps are great for driveways, and are very cute, which can be a up or down side, the hpi's are going to be more race looking though, with mesh wheels and detailed bodies.

that's who it was, BRP. they both start with B's, that counts, don't it?
