SWAY BAR FOR XX4??

i have one but i heard that it isnt good, it throws your back out....anyways, if anyone has it or has experienced one, please tell me if its a negative or positive thing to put on it....

Generaly speaking sway bars work best on smooth tracks.
An advantage that independent suspensions have is high speed over rough terain. If you couple any two (or more) "corners" together mechanically, like sway bars do, you have diminished this advantage.
Solid axle desings have an advantage as well. They keep the rubber sqaurely on the gound (camber does not change with body roll). Sway bars attempt gain this advantage.
So, if your track is smooth and fast, sway bars may be for you. If not, your handling will go south big time (and yes, the rear end will tend to skip out).
