Yes I know, no one races 1/10 electric 4wd off-road here in America (anymore). Still, I think they are sexy and fun to drive. Here's my MR-4 BC...

very nice, what do you mean noone raceswd no more. At my local track there's morewd buggys thrn any other type. If associated brings out a 4wd buggy expect this sene to rise again, o ya.

That is one sweet car...I actually wanted to buy this car, but it didnt have any ball bearings, and i was never sure if it can accept stick type batteries...can it accept stick types?

For reference sake, the MR-4 BC takes the same bearing kit as the other MR-4 series. That even includes the steering bearings. I actually got the bearing kit for $22.00 off of eBay from a seller named rcboyz. He has an auction right <a href="http://cgi.ebay.aol.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=560038501">now</a>.

The batteries came in stick pack (Dynamite brand) but remove the shrink and they easily fold into side by side.

My only recommendation is that you get Yokomo's socket head screw kit to build this kit because the standard screws are too soft.

That's what I'm talkin about. I have that Schumacher Cat 2000, 4WD is sweet. especially at the tracks in races. http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/cool.gif

Ok..Ok... Maybe it's not forgotten but very few people seem to race them anymore. Mexican_Speed, where do you race in Houston and do they have electric 4WD events?
