Novak Service

i sent my explorer 2 to get serviced b/c it wasnot working. does anyone know how quick they are able to repair and return stuff, and how is novak's service??

I had an explorer II that made my radio glitch. I sent it to Novak on a Friday and received a replacement the following Friday. I was pretty impressed.

i sent a defective reactor in and asked for express shiping on a thursday and got it back tuesday
