Can some one tell me how to set up a wet pipe on my Cen AUQUA JET ?.I am not sure where to run the line into the exhaust pipe .I would imagine after the pressure line,so I dont get water into the carb.Is it ok to run a T fitting off the line after the engine cooling head to the pipe ?.Thanks.

you're not going to get any kind of performance boost. it'll cool the pipe a bit but that's about it. i did this on my hammer a while back. i put the water line into the pipe about mid way between the largest diameter of the pipe and the stinger (if i remember right).

I am trying to cool the pipe down a little also.

I wouldnt run any water into the pipe at all. If it needs to cool a little try a coil wrap around the header but leave the pipe alone. JM2P :)

Perhaps make your own water jacket for the pipe.
See the picture of three that I have altered. The top one is now fitted to a boat with a 7½cc engine.
It requires a piece of 1/16th" wall aluminium tube of a suitable length, a former on which to shape the ends and the slow cure JB Weld.
No need to anneal the "ally" - just beat with a hammer and reduce to the required size. The slow cure JB Weld is good for 650ºF and the pipe will get to about 450ºF.
