This years NORRCA Paved Oval Series "The SOUTH-WEST TOUR" will kick off February 17th at the Encino Velodrome.

This years series will be made up of 10 races including 2 road course events.
Gates scheduled to open at 6 am, with racing scheduled to start at 10 am.
Entry fees will be $20.00 for the first class and $10.00 for the second.
NORRCA Memebership is REQUIRED and available at ALL races.
