Need help with new Losi XXX-T brushless RTR system

I have only had this thing for about two weeks and it is already screwed up. The steering Channel works but motor will not run. When I hit the throttle a blue and green light comes on blinking(ESC) which I guess it means locked rotor detection. Well, the rotor is not locked up and I even took out the motor to see how it would work and it still doesn't. The only way to get it to go is that you have to push start it and then it will go, but once you stop it won't move again. Also, when it does move the speed is not good. Do you guys have any experience with Novak or this new Losi RTR Brushless?

I've heard of this problem with other similar Novak systems. Bad motor phase or something. Give Novak a call or email. I know it's the RTR motor in a Losi, but Novak knows how to fix this. I must say it's a bit disappointing that Novak motors are still having this problem. Still, I guess we hear a lot more about broken Novaks than working ones.

Thanks for the help. I just don't understand because I have a mamba in my 18b and it has never had a problem like this before and that buggy has taken a beating. The Losi is a great truck but if it won't run what good is it. It should be interesting to see how customer service handles this. I have only had it for two weeks.

Novak is pretty good in terms of CS (although you may have to go through Losi since it came with the truck, but it won't hurt to ask Novak anyways).

Anyways, it's probably a phase in the ESC, or something's up with the sensor wires. Either way, it sounds like its defective.
