I have a set that came on my XXT. Is there any benefit to an off road truck? I know they stabilize onroad cars. I don't notice any improved performance, but it doesn't suffer either. Ideas?
It usually takes away steering. I'm getting one for my E-Maxx in the rear because of the body roll. I really dont think you need it in your truck unless what you run on is like blue groove.

Blue groove, is that the same as yellow/blue clay? Maybe I'll take them off and race it again...
Run with and without the sway-bars and see which you like better (or whatever is faster). I'm not positive where "blue groove" gave from, but I think it was because it gets a bluish tint on top (not sure) and has a ton of traction. Like running a touring car race the way the tires look...

See this thread (http://www.rccaraction.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=2&t=002031) for more info (basically the same question asked 2 days after you did).

Cool, thanks Jeep...our track is a combination of both..lots of bumps, turns and jumps on the inside, and then a nice long stretch of smoooth clay 3/4 away around. I just noticed that my turning is quite a bit wider at higher speeds..maybe the advantage they give isn't for this track, off they come :) Thanks for the help.
