Hey, just got a Mini T. So far I have put a Trinity Monster Motor, upgraded shock set, shock springs, extra springs, Derlin front/rear bumpers. Any other ideas of what I should do next? Let me know!

I was also looking for a New Era roll bar for the Mini T but it isnt on their website anymore. DO they still make and sell them?
Wow, I think the Mini T has more aftermarket parts than any other RC. I will try to find some sites I used to visit. Or you can do a google or yahoo search.

integy IB1400 cells are by far the best cells to get if you dont wanna go lipo.
asfar as other mods not already mentioned I would get an aluminum shock tower.

I've run a mini-t for 2 years now. Mine's reliable and worthwhile. I keep it pretty stock but telling someone to throw their truck away and buy something else isn't real helpful.
This is the order I would advise anyone to upgrade their Mini-T
1) Wheel Bearings (an absolute must, increases running speed with AA's by at least 2x, essential if you upgrade the motor).
2) Battery (I run 6-cell 1100mah NiMH packs, get about 10-30 minutes out of each)
3) Shocks
3) Electronics (if you bought lipo batteries the stock set might burn out before you get around to shocks, if you upgrade the motor you'll have to upgrade these too, the stock electronics are weak. Do remember that because of the integrated board and the wierd servo you'll have to upgrade speed control, servo, and radio all at once) An LHS is likely to be helpful in figuring this all out.
4) Motor / Transmission
5) Chassis / Shock Towers / Bulkheads

Do you have any web sites you can suggest?
I am always over cautious when I buy from the web, and it is nice to have someone at least say they got what they ordered.
I just ordered a mini-t from ebay.
It was 99$, free shipping, and is coming with a afree venom micro fireball 320T motor. I guess bearings will be my first investment, and then a baattery pack. I also love to tinker, so I will probably go with all the aluminum I can.......
