hello, im running a regular P2k motor in my Tc3, it was a stock 72 spur gearin it, what sized pinion should i use? another thing, when i speed up goin straight its very hard to keep my car straight, it shifts lef and right and just goes every where please help, thanx
27 tooth pinion is what I use with my P2K. Swerving? Try accelerating without correcting it, does it just go one way? Maybe you need better traction tires, like Pro-line H-Series.

the problem is that when they made the rear hub carriers, they weren't made right there was more rear toe in on the left rear making the car shift to the right going foward. they have it on the website the TC3 message board says you send in the bad hub carriers with a copy of the receipt and they'll send you new ones, go to WWW.RC10.COM (http://WWW.RC10.COM) OK. also you should get a robinson racing 28 pinion cause that motor has the power to use it, and with that motor and gearing you'll beat everyone, what gearing you use matters on the track if the track is mostly turns then go with a lower pinion, if it has long straights use the 28pinion, cause to me with that gearing it seems like a mild mod. i got the p2k pro.

Associated started putting the new, correct parts in the TC3 kits about 4 or more months ago. The rear toe problem is no longer a problem, unless your kit was purchased before the correction.
