hi people can anybody please tell me what a 2 inch band pie looks like can you post pictures of your pipes thank you in advance

Tom, The "two inch band" is simply the shape of the fattest part of the pipe. These are used on gasoline powered type engines like the Zenoah 231's and 260's. A 'standard' pipe willl usually have a divergent cone transitioning right into a convergent cone (like two ice cream cones stuck together!). The 'band' pipe adds volume to the middle of the pipe and provides more torque and a little less rpm than the standard pipe. There are also "one inch band" pipes and I know of one manufacturer who has "band inserts" that can vary the band between a half inch to maybe three and a half inches.
