Whenever i brake my car will stop, but it won't start again so i have to push it to get it going again,And I just got new brushes. do i have to bend the brushes or something like that to fix it?
Somethings binding on the motor. Are the brushes broken in to the comm? Are the springs too tight? Take the endbell off and slide the brushes mack and forth. It should be EASY to slide to and fro, but not have too much gap inbetween them. Also, I dunno how much it will effect this, but check to see if the spur and pinion are binding (too tight).

Sounds like my XXX after my very first 10 runs or so. The problem I found was the comm was so out of true and it just wouldn't carry the current anymore. I turned the comm, and it was back to normal. Now I true the comm after 5 runs or so.
