look for marine specialties or speed master. they make plenty or hardware to fit your application. since your hull is a dumas...find everyvway possible to cut the weight down, as they are heavy.

I'm assuming you are building the 36" boat so, having built one myself, here are my recommendations:
1) Use the supplied framing for templates and REPLACE ALL THE FRAMING with aircraft grade ply. Use 1/16th for all cross frames and engine bay sides, 1/8th for the sponson insides and left sponson transom, 1/4 for the right sponson and rear transoms. Be sure to use 5-ply plywoods in the 1/8th and 1/4 stock
2) Be sure to cut lightening holes in all the under-deck frames.
3) Move the radio box to under the cockpit and the fuel tank to under the right side deck along side the engine
4) Build up HOLLOW vertical tails and rear wing, again using the supplied parts for templates
5) WIDEN THE TUNNEL BY AT LEAST 3/4" TO 1". Not doing so will give you a boat that is too narrow and will tend to roll on you
6) IGNORE THE INSTRUCTIONS ON MOUNTING THE TURN FIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Get one that is mounted to the sponson transom and can let the blade kick back if you hit something
7) Notch out the cross frames where they are glued to the engine bay sides, the sponson insides and along the ends of the cross-frames from the sponson transoms to the rear transom. These are to give space for glue blocks that will run along the seams. 1/8th square spruce stock would work well in this application
8) Use blind nuts to fasten the skid fin and rudder brackets. Blind nuts will handle more stress than simply screwing wood screws into the plywood
By following the above modifications, you will have a lighter, stronger and better running boat than if you build it stock.
Been there.......Done that........Won't do it again
