Heya everyone! I am in desperate need of finding a ESC capable of handling a D2 6turn single motor. I've tried several ESC with no motor limit, but they all went up in smoke (literally). If anyone has any idea on what company makes a good ESC to handle this motor you could e-mail me at roygideonjr@roysmail.com. any help would be appreciated

Get a GM-V12 it can handle alot more juice and a hotter motor than any novak. After all it did give team Yokomo 3 world titles http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/smile.gif

WHAT THE **** KIND OF ESC'S HAVE YOU BEEN USING!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??! Geez...no offense but almot any ESC can handle a 26 turn motor...your gearing has to be way off!! use a 20 or 19 tooth pinion. Buy something like a Novak Fusion...how could you fry an ESC with a 26 turn motor is beyond me...**** ...change your gearing.

As mentioned, any of the competition grade <a href="http://www.teamnovak.com/products/ESC%20Specs/racing/index.htm">Novaks</a> should work fine buy make sure you include a good diode such as what Integy offers <a href="http://integy.com/cgi-bin/webc.cgi/st_prod.html?p_prodid=1464&sid=711j7uC">here</a>
