A friend bought this motor used without a manual. We're looking for either an online manual or at least the factory carb settings. The motor is broken in so factory settings will probably be a little fat but at least it'll get us started. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

If that is the three chanel carb it is a little hard to deal with. Either go to Rossisales.com and get a Speedmaster carb or start your needle about 2 1/4 turns and be prepaired to fight.

Yeah, it's the 3 channel carb. I think he wants to fix the 3'rd channel arm so it won't move and just use two channels. That's what he told me today, anyway. Any idea on where the lsn should be set?

Leave the low-speed needle alone and just work with the high-speed needle. If it has been tampered with, take it out bto where the top of the screw is level with the boss around the needle.
