Beaverstick also has both; their recently-released "Chaos (http://www.beaverstick.net/)" DVD and a bunch of great bashing and racing vids. www.beaverstick.net

You didn't mention xxxmain's "Monster Truck_X (http://www.smfstore.com/product_info.php?cPath=123&products_id=582)" DVD, which has been out for a couple years now.

There's also the "Big" DVD by CTSavageLand, but I'm not sure if that's still available.

Beyond that are lots of racing DVDs from Ray Woods and 5-Spoke Films.
