I've been looking around and it's hard to find a variety of electric motor dynos. I know Tekin and Bud's Racing make them but does anyone else make a comparable or better dyno?
Anyone have experience with these?

I think the most sophisticated dyno available is the Robitronic. I have used it for all of our motor tests for the magazine and find it's features very useful and the test data very accurate. The key highlights are the Robitronic can test motors at whatever voltage it will be run - you can test at 7.5v for 6-cell and 5v for 4-cell racing. Also, the dyno configuration can be easily changed to simulate the power delivered from a rechargeable Ni-Cd and Ni-MH battery pack. It really is the only one that can closely simulate all the conditions the motor will encounter when it's installed in the car.
This dyno doesn't require a computer to function. I think you're giving up a lot of functionality by not havinng a computer attached to the dyno, but the fact is it's self-contained.
