Hey Pete I was just wondering how to assemble batteries.

I saw the article but it olny showed one side of the battery.
It's for a six cell how many connection rods do i use? Four?

This is how I assemble my batteries:

If your looking at the top of the batteries position them positive, negative, positive,
negative, etc till your done.

Put Shoe Goo inbetween each battery to hold it all together and put that in a Deans Battery Assemly Jig and let dry, make sure they're flat.

Then take battery connection bars (they're marked + to -) and sand the battery and bars.

Solder them all on positive to negative, then switch to the other side negative to positive and so on.

On the extra sides having no batteries to solder to, attach a bar on to the battery 90 degrees from the others and bend them both up so you have a place to solder the wires directly to the battery.
